A young woman has lost her life in a single-vehicle crash on Tizzana Road, Ebenezer, early this morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 7 am today, December 13, 2024, following reports that a grey Kia sedan had collided with a utility pole.

Police from Hawkesbury Police Area Command arrived to find the driver, a woman believed to be in her late teens and the car's sole occupant, deceased at the scene.

Authorities have established a crime scene, and investigations into the circumstances of the crash are underway. A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
