Wilberforce pet food manufacturer Hypro Investments has pulled the pin on the purchase of the Council land which is the home of Wodlands Park Pony Club grounds. 

The announcement comes just days after Hawkesbury City Council approved - in a split vote - the controversial sale of the land to Hypro, without a public tender. 

HCC general manager Elizabeth Richardson wrote to councillors this morning to inform them of the decision.

 “I am emailing to inform you that Hypro Investments have advised Council they have decided not to pursue the purchase of 295 Sackville Road Wilberforce. Staff will prepare a report to a future meeting of Council outlining options moving forward.”
